CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments are intentionally reserved and prepared for each guest. Due to the time, products, and customization involved, the following policies are strictly upheld to maintain the quality of service and scheduling integrity. ⟢ Instagram DMs are not a valid way to cancel or reschedule. 𝙋𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙚𝙭𝙩 (𝟱𝟬𝟴) 𝟰𝟮𝟱-𝟬𝟭𝟰𝟴 𝙤𝙧 𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙩𝙤 𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙡 𝙤𝙧 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙡𝙚. ⟢ A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward the service total. ⟢ A 48 hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. ⟢ Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% service fee (your deposit will be applied toward this) ⟢ Same-day cancellations (anything on the day of your appointment) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. ⟢ Cancellations made before the 48 hour window may have their deposit transferred or refunded. ⟢ No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. ⟢ Arrivals 10+ minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the no-show policy. ⟢ Same day service changes, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances do not exempt clients from this policy. ⟢ Outstanding balances must be paid before booking future appointments.
